The Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers is one of the livery companies of the City of London. An organisation of painters of metals and wood is known to have existed as early as 1283 - St. Luke is the patron saint of painters
St. Luke was supposedly the first icon painter, painting one of the Virgin Mary, as well as portraits of Peter and Paul.
But Luke was also the patron saint of doctors. The connection is that in Renaissance Italy, painters and doctors belonged to the same Guild. Painters bought their pigments from apothecaries, where doctors bought medicinal ingredients.

Lost in the shopping centre without a charge, with little power left to light my screen so I wait and hope for energy - it might be frustrating if I am in the middle of doing something important or entertaining. I might feel anxious about not being able to access my contacts or important information. Being cut off from our social and digital lives can leave me feeling disconnected. I might feel relieved to have a break from the constant notifications and distractions and it reminds me of a simpler time when I didn't rely so heavily on technology, it's very nostalgic
50 x 100 cm - Hole theory - 'pseudo' Keynesian economics recommended (in the short term) employing people to dig holes (and others to fill them in) during times of economic crisis. Today we continue to dig holes for the survival of our society
100 x 100 cm Elle n'a aucune fonction autre que celle d'un symbole. Mais un symbole de quoi? Mais quels éléments symbolisent les Français aujourd'hui?

There are a wide variety of reasons for which humans dig holes, trenches, and other subsurface structures. It has long been observed that humans have a seemingly instinctive desire to dig holes in the ground, manifesting in childhood
The Kola Superdeep Borehole was the deepest manmade hole on Earth and deepest artificial point on Earth. The 40,230ft-deep (12.2km) construction is so deep that locals swear you can hear the screams of souls tortured in hell.

Within a loose tube cable, fibers are color-coded to help you identify individual fibers rather than in pairs. You can expect them to follow this pattern:
1= Blue
2 = Orange
3 = Green
4 = Brown
5 = Slate
6 = White
7 = Red
8 = Black
9 = Yellow
10 = Violet
11 = Rose
12 = Aqua
Following this sequence, buffer tubes will continue from 13 to 24 repeating the same colors above but with a black stripe. The black cable will have a yellow stripe. From tubes 25 to 36, an orange stripe is used, and from 37 to 48 a green stripe is used.
